What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, send it back within 14 days and we will issue a full refund  minus original shipping. All bath and body products must be  unopened and in their original packaging.

Do I pay for return shipping?

Yes, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

How long does the refund take?

Once we receive the item you are returning, we will send a confirmation email. Within 48 hours you will be issued a full refund. Please keep in mind, it may take 5-7 business days to see the refund, depending on bank and form of payment.
